Technical support project trainee


 
Scope:

Nissan throughout Europe

Main Activities:

  • Implement state of the art digital technician support tools

  • Identify pain points in current technical support tools

  • Map the ideal technician repair information journey

  • Define the system evolutions to support the technicians

  • Coordinate the various project stakeholders

  • Participate in corrective action task forces

  • Support the day-to-day activities of Techline

Main objectives:

  • Fix vehicles right the first time.

  • Repair vehicles quickly keeping customers on the road.

  • Contribute to external and internal customer satisfaction.

  • Operational excellence through streamlined process and systems.

Background and experience:

'* Technical/Engineering knowledge (Automotive knowledge is an asset)

  • Project management skills.

  • Keen to work in a Multicultural environment

  • Good written and oral English skills is required

  • Ability to work both independently & as part of a team

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Education:

Master's Degree / BAC+5 Student

Language:

  • English - Advanced

  • Fluency in French, Spanish or other European language is a plus

Specific technical skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Tableau knowledge a plus
